WASHINGTON and DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Oct. 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Blackboard, a leading education technology company for teaching, learning and student engagement, announced today that many of its clients across the Middle East continue to transition to the Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment of Blackboard Learn, the company's flagship learning management system (LMS). The transitions come as Blackboard continues to increase investment and strengthen its commitment in the Middle East region, delivering a superior teaching and learning experience.
